I strive to provide innovative and effective ideas, information and insights in an entertaining and motivational way. A favorite saying of mine is "Life is 5% joy, 5% grief, and 90% maintenance"--because so much of what we do day-to-day is stuff that has to be done over and over again. I can show you how to increase your "joy quotient" by making the maintenance part more fun--or at least less time-consuming.
